Everything You Need to Know: Spa Policies and Guidelines

We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our policies and guidelines so that you can relax and enjoy your spa day to the fullest

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are a first time client please arrive at least 15mins early in order to fill out our client health form. 

  • If you are pregnant or have diabetes or any other illness please notify us when booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice for all Spa Services and 48 hours for Spa Packages.

All Spa bookings require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. 

First cancellation with under 24 hours notice will be waived, but guests who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged as a “no-show” with 50% charge of the scheduled service. 

Late Arrival

All Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, the appointment may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time and respect the time for the next guest.  The full service fee will still apply. 

We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

BOOKING POLICY

Gift cards are available for purchase in-spa or online. Explore our spa packages, memberships, and gift cards—perfected for treating yourself or someone special. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Firdous gift cards can be used for products or spa services only. Firdous Spa & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • To be eligible items and products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. 

  • Approved return will be refunded to the original payment method or as a Spa credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards or promotional items
